I love your videos and recipes. I've used a few of them on my kamado joe classic with great success !
I am very curious what chef Tom has to say about seasoning or re seasoning cast iron.

This isn't chutney. It's too chunky and there aren't any spices, the two BBQ sauces in one doesn't make a new BBQ sauce that you couldn't buy, and the sauce from the "chutney" is just another sauce mixed in with the other two.

I have had a similar idea, instead of a sandwich and pork. Using smoked chicken or pulled porkand mixing it in with the waffle batter. Toppings are unlimited, good stuff chef tom. Could we also see a boudin making video?

Been loving your videos for the last couple months. Hey where do you buy all your BBQ sauces? You always pull out these different ones. Do you have to buy them from their respective websites? Or is there a one stop shop. Keep up the good work man!!
