Looks good but that prime rib was not a really good cut imo.
When you put the prime rib back on at 325 degrees, did you remove the diffuser plate on the Yoder so you could put the meat over direct fire?

I have cooked several of his dishes. Beware tho you must have the proper equipment. No one likes to eat a piece of beef that taste like smoke.
These recipes do work but you have to have a really good pellet grill.
