Chef Tom, how many pieces of that pork belly did you eat before it went into the batter? When you squeezed that one piece I thought, if it were me I’d have never finished the video.

If I smoked the pork the day ahead and put it in the fridge overnight, how would you go about the rest of the steps? Would you need to reheat the belly and then fry or would the fry be enough to warm the pork bites?

The food police are leaving the scene of a Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding event but coming to make sure your dish is as great as you say! They may be a few late as they are having a problem fitting behind the wheel of the patrol car! ??????. Thanks Tom for the inspriation!

Tank 7? You went for the high octane beer there! Good thing the alcohol cooks off! I noticed you didn’t use it all so I hope you enjoyed some of that good KC brew!

Great job Chef Tom! I enjoy watching all of your videos and have recommended and been able to get several others to subscribe to your channel. Keep up the awesome work! I have tried several of your recipes and they all have turned out great. It's my first time to comment on anything but I felt the need to say great job!
Also, if you are ever down in Texas you should come check out Shiner. The home of Shiner beer, I'll give you a tour of the brewery.

I must try this. Pork Belly is the best. You and Malcolm Reed have a couple of the best channels on YouTube for food. I know, I'm leaving out Smokey Ribs and Ballistic and a lot of others.

Omg, I've watched every video since day 1, tried many, and this might be the best looking recipe yet. I absolutely can't wait to try this!!! The leftover batter could be dropped in and make like hush puppies.

This looks awesome. May I ask if you would try a mexican barbacoa recipe in the smoker. It is basically shredded beef or lamb, usually chuck roast mixed with something whith more fat. I tried making it but I think it was too dry. I ended up mixing it with red chilli, it turned out great but not what i was looking for. Barbacoa tacos are delicious and im sure there is a way to make it in the smoker to add even more flavor, if someone can come up with a good method It would be you… Thanks
