I like pork but its a nah for me. I just think pork taste good without the extra condiments.
Great alternative to a fantastic sandwich. Nothing compares to the cheese steak. Anyone can make a cheese steak, what sets Philly apart from everyone else is the ROLL! The bread is so good in Philly, it really sets the sandwich apart. Same goes for pretzels, but that is a separate issue.
This is such a great idea again and done perfectly as always by Chef Tom. I will definitely try that because the combination of flavors is mouthwatering 👍👍👍

This is one of the most mouthwatering things ive seen on here of course pork belly is one of my favorite cuts. Id love to see a korean version with gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame seeds/oil, onions and kimchi in some fashion?

I have a pork belly and I need to use it but I don’t know if this is what I want to do. It’s very very tempting. I’m more of a traditionalist…I’ll have to make a Philly cheese steak now.
