    Great alternative to a fantastic sandwich. Nothing compares to the cheese steak. Anyone can make a cheese steak, what sets Philly apart from everyone else is the ROLL! The bread is so good in Philly, it really sets the sandwich apart. Same goes for pretzels, but that is a separate issue.

    This is one of the most mouthwatering things ive seen on here of course pork belly is one of my favorite cuts. Id love to see a korean version with gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame seeds/oil, onions and kimchi in some fashion?

    I have a pork belly and I need to use it but I don’t know if this is what I want to do. It’s very very tempting. I’m more of a traditionalist…I’ll have to make a Philly cheese steak now.

    See, I just got home from work. Tired, didn't even look at the title. Just saw a new ATBBQ video and clicked it. I had to reread the tittle and go back a few seconds in the video because I could have sworn Chef Tom said Pork Belly CheeseCAKE not STEAK! 🤣🤣
