    This looks delish! I am so going to try this tomorrow night for dinner! So what kind of oysters should I get? Will shucked oysters work? I may substitute the oysters for crawfish. Larry, you're the best! I'm subbing!

    YUM   the best tasting Oysters come from Louisiana Like shrimp the best tasting shrimp come out of the Gulf of Mexico  best Lobster is From Maine best snow crab ,king crab is from Alaska  Here in the states we are so lucky to have great tasting sea food all around us.

    Nice! I had a bad experience years ago with a deep fried oyster. However, while in NZ my in-laws and husband convinced me to try oyster on the half shell – I believe they were Blue point oysters. They were amazing! I wish we could find quality oysters here, I'd certainly try this! Looks fab!
