Pinto Beans with Smoked Pork – How to make Pinto Beans

Here is a very simple, inexpensive, comfort food recipe for pinto beans. These pinto beans are slow cooked with pieces of smoked spare ribs for several hours, until the meat falls off the bone and the beans are tender. This is the perfect one pot stick to your ribs meal, that is great anytime of the year. But, when it’s cold and snowy, it makes the beans taste that much better!

Larry, your recipes are absolutely SUPERB . . . 🙂

I'm really serious, man! Every single one is a good, old-fashioned, basic, simple, meat-and-potatoes type of meal. I'm just amazed that you keep 'em coming the way you do!

    Great job!

I know I speak for MANY out here when I say that YOUR channel is a definite, positive contribution to the "YouTube" experience! 🙂

All best and a permanent thumbs up for you,
    Your friend, Jersey Joe 🙂

Tonight is another case of me coming by your channel and being way too hungry before bed. Weirdly, you and Mr. Kitchen Witch are on the same jalapeno and bean wavelength – ha ha ha! His video will be up on my channel this weekend. Loved this Larry – I love that you used dry beans.

    Now we are talking.
Beans, fried taters, sauerkraut and hot dog weiners. Big pone of corn bread, sliced onion and a big cold glass of milk, o man.
Make your tongue, slap you brains out… 🙂

I'm not big on beans, but you make this look pretty good. I'm not saying that I will try it, but you sure do make something I'm not crazy about worth considering. BTW, you did a real nice job of mixing the background music so that it's not overpowering. Thanks, Larry.
