    Looks delicious. In around 30 minutes, a one-pot version can be done in a programmable pressure cooker. Mine includes a brown/saute feature. Perfect rice is quickly done at the same time in a digital rice cooker/multicooker.

    Both of the electric pots also have a slow cooker timer. One for 24 hours, the other for 10. I also have a standalone digital slow cooker, but it doesn't brown or saute.
