Use the oil that come in it. Season to your taste, STIR let it simmer for 5 10 min stir YOUR DONE I LIKE MILK cut up Onions, POTATO's, CELERY, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, OLD BAY, some mice garlic in mine Oh butter > i'am TEXAN so my things is very spicy hot MM MMM GOOD > EATING A BOWL OF IT RITE NOW he hee the spice is a little over powering but that the way i like it, i can tastes every thing i put in it YUM even the old bay OYSTERS ARE SHINNING THREW NO PROBLEM THIS IS PRETTY DAM GOOD FOLKS its rich for sure > HE HEE sweat coming off my fore head he hee burns the back of my throat MMM MORE he hee i put cayenne pepper into it too That will warm ya up on a cold winter day YUMMMY 2 bowls all i can eat YUUUUUMMMMMY

    I put everything he put but i also put fresh sliced carrots and celery..been making it that way for years..thats what i got cookin right now..so while its cooking i figured why not check out how others make it..this is the first one i looked at
