You're a brave man putting that pyrex on the stove top like that, I lost 2 of my best pyrex dishes within 6 months of each other a few years back because of me being a dumbass, glad it worked out for you tho.

I hadn't seen this one the first time around. I buy pork loin often but I have never stuffed it. I'll try it next time. And I must say, the video seemed a bit tame. I miss the 'dad jokes' and other remarks like the ones in your current videos.

That look sooooo good! I don't know how you got the lumps out of the gravy. When I don't want to dirty up another pan I either us a corn starch slurry or buerre meniere which is equal parts soft butt and flour mixed together and dropped in pea sized pieces into hot stock while stirring. No lumps.
Was that a Dollar store pork loin ???

I gotta say that rivals any pork entree I have ever ordered in a restaurant! This is also fantastic when you add Boudin in with the stuffing.

My father once tried to make gravy in a Pyrex baking pan a few Thanksgivings ago. The pan overheated and broke into pieces on the stove. We had no gravy that year, but it was a good lesson on how to clean beneath the burners.
