    I usually use twice as much charcoal as I prefer a crispy skin and moist inside. Otherwise I cook them exactly the same. I also throw a few chunks of any good hard wood I have laying around to give them that beautiful mahogany color and smokey flavor. Can't wait to try the marinade. I bought a Weber Performer 5 years ago because of your videos!
