Nashville Hot Popcorn: Spice Up Your Game Day!

Some like it hot! That’s the theme we’re rolling with today with Nashville Hot Popcorn using Rancho Gordo Crimson Popping Corn. Chef Tom shows us how to make popcorn on the side burner of the Napoleon Phantom 500 and then he creates an easy sauce packed full of butter and Nashville Hot seasoning. This is a great way to spice up any gathering. Especially Game Day!

I'm Canadian and just realized that I've been making Nashville Hot Popcorn for decades…
Kettle-cooked popcorn, hot sauce, chili powder, cayenne, smoked paprika, and way too much butter… It all adds up to the best popcorn you'll ever eat, never fails!

looks great. I was in East TN once for a business trip and the restaurant was serving BBQ rub popcorn. I have been hooked ever since! Just popcorn with butter and your favorite BBQ rub all mixed together. So simple, but so good!
