It seems like in 3 years no one has noticed that you forgot to mention when add the black beans in your recipe. Could you please revise if you remember after 3 years.??

Since I live in mexico, I have no access to "mexican blend" cheese.  judging by the colour and by its coming from the USA Im guessing that it is a mix of Monterey jack and cheddar, neither of which are ecpecially easy to get here.  But then by colour it could just as easily be edam and Colby.  edam is very common here and we do have a cheese that is not too unlike Colby.   Anyway,  I was wondering if you could read the bag and see if it says what kinds of cheeses are included so that Mexicans too could try your "mexican" themed foods.   Ill help you by saying that gouda is a reasonable substitute for queso manchego, and mozzarella is a good substitute for queso Oaxaca.   Paneer may be substituted for queso panela.
