    That's not a mountain chicken, i'm very disappointed. i thought you would cook a mountain chicken, your title is very misleading. sure the mountain chicken is on the endangered species list, but i had my hope that you would actually cook the frog.

    Been a dedicated fan for almost a year now. Call me crazy but there's just something comforting about this channel to me. I'm a West Texas gal that's a frequent @ cook offs (Rattlesnake Roundup in Sweetwater is my fave) but my whole family partakes in the festivities. There's nothing in this world like the smell of a smoking pit filled with brisket & ribs. Especially over 100 pits! 😎👌 🍺🇺🇸
