    This totally warms me heart ❤️— I moved to the Midwest in my early 20’s and this recipe was one of my faves, when I moved back to the PNW I attempted it once and my noodles looked like boiled French fries. I will be making this very very soon. Tom & mom #1 cant go wrong there.

    This is great. Chef you must be my brother from another mother. I grew up on this exact dish with my family, thanksgiving and Christmas. I was born and raised SE KS, SW MO. I have since moved to and married a Virginia girl who looked at me like I had gained a third eye when I explained this to her. Apparently Virginians do chicken and dumplings. Wife and I make up the stock and pulled chicken and I do my noodles she does her dumplings, not gonna lie, I generally have a little bit of both. Thanks for the video, Happy Mother’s Day to your mom!
