OK… The guy in the hoodie is under arrest… I caught him not giving a thumbs up when he starting eating OR when the plates were being fixed!!!! I'm the food police here to arrest him and anyone who don't give a BIG thumbs up to this amazing food…and here to arrest any veggiematic here disturbing the piece of graceful country eating!!!! "make me sheriff of the food police if you ever do a skit" that would be fun!!!!

My wife did these in the oven in a standard aluminum muffin tin and 3 weeks later she is still trying to clean that muffin tin. They were really good, but just be ready to buy another muffin tin after making these.

A great idea and pro-tip from my wife: Use a silicone or cast iron muffin pan because anything else will be pretty much be ruined with the amount of leakage and burnt on bits this process causes.

This is definitely going to be a meal that is done on a regular basis, but first we are going to have to get either a silicone or cast iron pan so the cleanup won't last 3 weeks next time. Freaking delicious, but we are now one muffin pan down. Moral of the story: Don't make the same mistake and use an aluminum pan.

I'm trying to get back to my old military weight, but every damn time I watch a BBQ Pit Boys video, I gotta go find something to chow down on, plus attempt this awesome recipe. Great video y'all. BTW, I just bought a nice juicy boneless pork shoulder on sale and I was wondering do you have any tips for before I put this bad boy on the grill??
