A bordából készült étel nagyon finom falat, különösen akkor ha ilyen különlegesen van pácolva !!! Nagyon gusztusos, ! köszönöm szépen !!! A gőz pedig nem engedi kiszáradni , így zamatos lesz !!!

I love all these recipes. Prior to finding this channel I hated chicken and wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. I don't know why, but I always have. Well… I stumbled upon your recipes for BBQ'd chicken and I'm hooked!

    Hi Guys
I tried for the first time a marinade for my plain ribs, I used whisky soy sauce, black pepper and mixed spices, cooked on my gas BBQ but using foil instead of direct on the grill, took about three hours to cook on low heat, everyone said that it was the best ever. I want to thank you guys for giving me the courage and ideas to try this.

All the very best from the UK

i have to say that one of the great pleasures of BBQ is that when you start your "low and slow" early in the morn, and the aroma fills the valley, or your neighborhood, it creates havoc. Some neighbors call into work sick, or say to hell with cuttin' the grass, or fixin' what needs to be fixed., They just pull out the ol' grill, and throw on some guuud eatin'. Life is short, but there's just enough time to cook up some more ribs on the bbq..! To hell with the chores.-BBQ Pit Boys
