    Your using the t plates wrong. Try combining two together; the small tabs together creating a gap between the two. Also, try lighting the front corner newest to the ball valve.

    I know it is going to be a good smoker for ribs, brisket, etc.. and such, but i was wondering Larry if it would work on things like pastrami or steamed burgers, and steamed cheese if i have the small rectangular trays to put the burgers and cheese in ?
