I’m making this today. Already made the dressing an hour ago and it’s sitting in the fridge. The dressing tastes amazing. The dill and the hot sauce are the difference makers. Can’t wait to put it together in an hour and taste the finished product.

Love your channel. But when you tell me you're using Dukes, all of a sudden the recipe tastes horrible in my mind. Just lie and say you're using Hellmans. For me. 😉

You mentioned the vinegar kick from the hot sauce – that’s what I thought all the time, where’s you vinegar component? We have a pretty similar thing here in Germany (without roasting the potatoes) but with a mayo potato salad and guess what – we add pickled cucumbers and very importantly some of the pickling liquid. Thanks for your recipe, will definitely give it a try.

Looks like I have an experiment to run. Speaking of new stuff to cook. I saw a media post for something called a Thor's Hammer. A slow smoked beef shin served with smoked Mac n cheese and beer battered fries. I would love to see your take on it.
