Very interested in the rice gelatinous process. I use minute rice and my son gave me crap about it. He said use real rice it tastes way better why wouldn't it taste better in beer too. Maybe he's right
Forgot to ask, as u simplify,( which is also my brewing path for 10G IPA batches) how can I calculate how much water is needed for BIAB with 30 lb grain bill avoid sparging?? Been trolling YouTube with little help….
