Why Red? Because White, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, or Black just wouldn’t work!

BTW, you forgot to show the video of knocking back 4 beers, and 6 Crown Royal shots before the taste test…

I am still cringing and I have seen some disgusting things in my life. I use to eat pickled pigs feet when I was younger, and I used to eat the pickled fat. Yes I call it pickled fat. I would clear a whole jar of pickled fat from them pigs feet and this video was hard to watch. That sure didn’t look like a lip. They really shouldn’t dye it red.

I like your pluck! That food coloring is probably used to give the product a uniform color which doesn't usually happen in nature. And its not only in your pork and sausages, but used to always be on pistachios and pecans as well. Also the Chinese pork Char Siu is dyed red as well. So in the wild, are these lips just for munching on whilst you are consuming beer? Or are they used in any cuisine, like with collards or something like that? Thanks for the educational video. Not sure I would ever try those lips, but the eggs are good. Yum!
