Kimchi Ranch is the name of my K-pop/Country cross-over BTS cover band.

All kidding aside, I grew up eating kimchi with tortilla chips with my Korean-American buddy back in the early 90's in Texas. Having been later stationed in Korea, I recognize that Korean flavors are fantastic, and I'm glad they're represented in modern culinary cuisine along with other cooking styles here in the U.S..
Also, there are hundreds of different types of kimchi recipies – I'm assuming this is tongbaechu, or napa cabbage kimchi. I can see mumallaengi-muchim (dried radish kimchi) working too.

Nice! Gotta give that dipping sauce a go … lol, you're fingers look like my 6-year-old during every meal he eats. Just need to add some sauce on your cheek and maybe your ear and forehead.

Alrighty then.. First off , I Love that grill. Next, the sauces are SO interesting and look like a million bucks. And, the wings are cooked the absolute best way they should be cooked. A+ my friend..
