    you may have peeled those chiles… next time, place them a while on the straight flame in order to burn their skin, then shake them in a plastic bag… you'll peel their skin very easy.

    I love Chef Tom and Chef Britt and this channel generally. But how they measure wet and dry ingredients – when not baking – drives me nuts. Nobody at home gets out a measuring cup to measure some spice blend to sprinkle on turkey, just cook!

    This looks really good! My wife and I are going to start keto soon and I’ve been trying to gather enough recipes to keep us going and not fall off the wagon. I would love to see more of these. Maybe on your website you could mark the rubs that are keto friendly or has less sugar?
