Jalapeno pepper halves get top billing on my beef Kabobs… right next to the onion, cherry peppers, green peppers and mushroom

Good for you, Larry! Looks great! I also use the same Italian dressing for marinating, and it works well, but thanks for the tip about "over" marinating . . . I'll be careful not to overdo it. Thanks for your series and thumbs up, Jersey Joe 🙂
