    Looks great! No joke about wearing gloves while cleaning the jalapeños. If that oil transfers from your fingers to your face or other parts- you won't forget it. Definitely don't toss the seeds/core into a garbage disposal either- you'll only do that one time. Ask me how I know. : ) Dish looks fantastic. Love poppers. Thanks for the vid!
