    so a ground chuck is the best overall for ground beef. what about mixing brisket 80/20 with bacon/pork belly fat? will be doing some burgers this weekend and I can't decide what mix to use. chuck is probably a little less expensive than brisket and bacon combined? at least here in Europe. tnx
