Dry Rub: Black Paper Mixed with season all

Remove membrane from the back of the rib slabs. In a small bowl, combine dry rub ingredients and mix well. Reserve one tablespoon rub for the liquid seasoning mixture. Generously apply dry rub onto the front and back sides of ribs. Start up the Pit Boss Smoker 225 degrees #PITBOSSNATION # PITBOSSGRILLS. fill THE pan halfway with water. When thepit boss reaches 225 F, place ribs meat-side up on grill grate and cook over indirect heat for two hours and 15 minutes. Remove ribs from the grill. Place each slab meat-side down on its own doubled aluminum foil square. Mix liquid seasoning in a small bowl. butter and bbq sauce each slab. Then, tightly wrap and seal each slab with aluminum foil. Place wrapped ribs back in cooker for one hour at 275F. Remove ribs from the Pellet grill and discard foil. Brush barbecue sauce on both sides of the ribs. Place the ribs back on the Pit Boss grill for 15 minutes, or until sauce caramelizes. serve and enjoy!!!!
