    It's a matter of personal preference. This method gives more of a mixture of some browning with rare or medium middle.  Where slow roasting and then blasting heat (reverse sear) gives much more complete pink from top to bottom and only browning on the outside.

    This method cooks perfect every time! I leave the bones on and coat with room temperature butter mixed with steak seasonings all over. Then sprinkle sea salt with a grinder. Just made a 5 pound prime rib today for our Canadian Thanksgiving and it was fantastic! Next time I will add the Worcester sauce as well.

    This is the first video I have seen Worchester sauce being used most other video's use a Butter baste instead other then price what is the advantage of the Worchester sauce method. Thanks
