What was the opening? Prime rib soup?
It's a matter of personal preference. This method gives more of a mixture of some browning with rare or medium middle. Where slow roasting and then blasting heat (reverse sear) gives much more complete pink from top to bottom and only browning on the outside.
Bro that shit ain’t cooked I can still see blood
Seperate ribs from roast? you crazy. NEXT
And your knives are dull bro
Way over done
Sinfully over cooked
This method cooks perfect every time! I leave the bones on and coat with room temperature butter mixed with steak seasonings all over. Then sprinkle sea salt with a grinder. Just made a 5 pound prime rib today for our Canadian Thanksgiving and it was fantastic! Next time I will add the Worcester sauce as well.
Why would anyone ruin such a great, and pricey, cut of meat with Worcestershire Sauce? Might as well drowned it in A-1 sauce too. I don't tie the ribs back on either.
OMG, it works!
I want some! ? WOW!
LOOKS GOOD!!!
This is the first video I have seen Worchester sauce being used most other video's use a Butter baste instead other then price what is the advantage of the Worchester sauce method. Thanks
Why kosher salt? Is Jewish salt saltier?
That meat looks tough because it's over-cooked. Sad.
No butter, garlic, herbs? This is definitely not the way to go.
Dude! You forgot the creamy horseradish sauce!
Great video ( other then the commercial for Chicago meats )
Amazinggggg Cheers Jeff
