I am not a drinker but I am not afraid to cook with Alcohol and wings are the best smoked, I made them all the time when my kids were little I look forward to trying this, When I butcher chickens in the fall I save all the wings in separate packs for just such an opportunity, thanks

    Looks great!

As i only have the oven as an option, i'd try a surogate for the smoker like liqued smoke or i find me a spice which is smoked or well perhaps have smoked bacon and get there some smoky flavor from.

The flats are too much work. I like the drums because you just gnaw your way around it and you're done, and you toss the bone to the resident pterodactyl. What? You don't know what a pterodactyl is? Then you'd better give back that Grey Poupon. You get store brand!

The more booze the better, I always say. Soak 'em in it, smoke 'em with it, sauce 'em with it. and have a glass of it on hand for a final dip before it goes to your tummy.

Great looking wings Larry!!!  You have a lot of great wing recipes on you channel.  I'm sure you make chickens very nervous.  I like the way you pulled the meat off the bones.  A lot of folks just don't know how to eat wings and waste a lot of meat.  Thanks

Flap man here. I think I have a bottle (or three) of whiskey around here somewhere so this is an easy one to do. Are you dating yourself with the Grey Poupon ad reference or do they still do that? The ads I remember were about a 100 years ago. We spent years thinking we loved Grey Poupon only to find later that we really didn't. These days we use Inglehoffer Stone Ground Mustard in everything. We mustard ketched up with the currant thymes.
