#chinesefood #moogoogaipan #homemade
Moo Goo Gai Pan (Chicken with Mushrooms) is a classic and favorite Chinese dish in America that was actually created in America and is not authentic Chinese food at all. It’s a very easy to make, versatile, inexpensive and delicious meal!

This a an absolutely fantastic channel.
Woks are a very versatile kitchen tool.
YUMMY and healthy!
It's good to see you back at the stove.
This is one of my favorite cooking channels because it uses ingredients that I could probably find in my food desert West Virginia area. If you watch any of the multi million subscribers, they are pulling out like ancient rare Chinese cabbage and sauses that aren’t even written in English that you would need a specialty local Asian market and a translator to find . This is the only Cooking Channel I would or could actually make something from.
Nice one! Chef John at the end.
Better and healthier, I agree. Cheaper, not always. If you don't have or normally use the vegetables in this, it becomes very expensive. If only making one or two servings, it's cheaper to buy and add to it. When I make stuff like this, I have to make big batches to use all the stuff I normally don't use or have. That being said, the video is very well done, shown in a very easy way for the home cook to duplicate.
actual chinese people post here
To take it to the next level add half of tea spoon of MSG.
Yummy! One of all-time favorite Chinese dishes! Thanks for the recipe and easy-to-follow directions! Thanks, Larry!
Excellent vid, mate! And I KNOW, because I'm one of the We the People! 😍
I'm gonna try this…
Does anyone else see a tweaked out Abe Lincoln made from thinly sliced chicken breast at 00:34
Believe it or not, when I was younger there was a cartoon called Sylvester and Tweety's Mysteries and one of the villains in the show was called moo goo gai pan
Love to see you play with your meat again!
I’m pretty sure if you fry that cornstarch chicken a little longer it’ll get crunchy!
Like the content you put out.
Face reveal when though?
I’ve missed you!!!
Looks good but for me I would have to make it just Gai Pan, leave the Moo Goo off not a mushroom person, but it still looked good.
Long time fan, just here to say – I have loved this channel since I can remember and I am so happy you are still here making content. Thank you for what you do, despite how hard life is.
