    Put your dry dredgeing in plastic ziplock bags then add pickles give it a good shake, that way evenly coated no mess no glouppy hands then egg wash and repeat the cornmeal like the first dredge

    I have an over abundance of sliced pickles. Not sure what to do with them. think I’m going to make these and freeze them instead of frying them. Then I can take a batch out of the freezer and fry when we need them. I hope they still turn out. We’ll see.
