    There is no way chicken is done at 165 cook a whole chicken and cut it in half with a clever and tell me what you see it’s bloody I cook mine to 190 and it’s perfect at 225 f on a charcoal grill seen it done it the calculations are wrong but if yours turned out good ok then good they look good though

    Great video. I tried before to make some chicken thighs on my charcoal grill and could not keep a constant temperature without constantly adding more charcoal and the process took to long to make. Have one of those pit style char-broil grills. Cooking was done indirectly and added some cherry wood for smoke and it took like 3 hours and still the chicken was underdone. Maybe it's time for a weber kettle 🙁

    That is some real nice lookin chicken Larry..it looks really nice with a great bbq sheen and nice and juicy..I dont have a kamado grill just yet,but it looks like they produce more  juice than most bbqs.I do have a weber kettle,which has put many good meals on the table over the years..couldnt get your weber version to load up Ill try back,but awesome job brother.
