Remove? Exess fat? But it equals FLAVOR !
If you dont like the fat and have truble skimming it out, all you need to do is do the old southern trick of getting all the drippings/juices in a bowl and put it in the freezer for a bit all the fat will coagulate to the top and u can skim it off easily, then return all the drippings back to the pot. You can thank me later. Happy cooking ")
