    I like to slow cook my taco meats. Usually I use a crockpot or baking pot ( in the oven, at a slow cook). I only add a little salt & pepper, maybe some chilies (however you like). I don’t pour out the juices. You want to shred the meat & leave it saturating in it’s own fat. You want that “next day” from the fridge congealed block of meat look. Fat is vilified in our society, but it is necessary in our diet.
