Chili is great throughout the year, not just when it’s cold out! Here I used 2lbs of leftover Pepper Stout beef to whip up a quick, simple and very tasty pot of chili!

Love your videos. To the point, but never leaving out the important stuff. Some people take 2 hours to fry an egg! Jesh who has time for that. God Bless You and Yours
That's one mean looking pot of chili Larry. I agree, chili is great anytime of the year. And I do like mine with beans! Fantastic looking presentation too! Great job brother!
(cont.) Some people SWEAR not to use tomatoes, others not to use beans, etc. I guess it depends on what part of the country you live in . . . . (I use both in my recipe)
You can make this dish as HOT as you want, or as mild as you want . . . I like it hot!
You can use pork, beef, moose, etc. There are contests and "chili cook offs" all over the place! Wow! What a great dish! You can serve it by itself, or over rice, noodles, etc. Ya got me started, Larry! *lol* Thanks so much, Joe
Wolfe, "CHILI" is one of the few things that I do really WELL 🙂 Where do I even begin to discuss it? *lol*
I like your approach. You do it much differently than I do. There are SO many variants on this dish (as you know) that it's not even funny. I use ground beef and add the red beans (drained and rinsed) towards the end. This helps to prevent "gas" 🙂
I could go ON and ON and ON! I wish that I could make videos like you!
Mighty fine looking tomatoes, Larry. But you need to use more REAL garlic and onion, not that granulated stuff. Still, I'm adding this to my "Larry is making me FAT list." I'm sure these are kick ass on nachos. Thanks.
LOL! Thank you very much Janie!!

in san diego the good mexi marts would have a large assortment of dried bulk bin chiles. I had at least half a dozen variety in jars.
