Thank You Wolfe Pit For The Enchilada Casserole ! ?
It's Great ! ?
I've Tried It And I give It a Thumbs Up. It's Delicious ! Thank You Brother !
I WILL be trying this recipe soon
This sounds up my alley, and I've had something similar before, only with just one tortilla per layer.
Looks Good Sir Good way to use up extra tortillas going to try 😉
Had to use wheat tortillas since my local grocery store didn't have any corn tortillas, but it worked fine. Nice recipe.
It needs enchilada sauce
Can I get some of that Larry? LOL!
I just pulled out an enchilada casserole of yours, for the sixth time. ^_^
otra rica manera d hacer enchiladas..wow mmmm good idea!!!! grazias wolf
I'll have half the pan for dinner, and the other half for my lunch at work the next day….Ahh, The day when I used to be able to eat like that…Great looking meal..
I made your casserole for dinner tonight and it was delicious. I did use a dutch oven after browning the beef and sautéing the bell pepper/onion/garlic veggies because I didn't trust myself not to splatter the sauce all over the kitchen (and me). 🙂 I'm glad your sauce is homemade instead of opening various bottles and packages full of preservatives, sodium, and who knows what else. The 2 tablespoons of pepper scared me (I reduced it to 1 tablespoon) but I'm sure it would have been fine using the full 2 tablespoons with that quantity of sauce. I added chopped green onions, salsa, and cilantro to the sour cream and jalapeno topping. Thanks for sharing
Nice! Looks good! Thanks for the great recipe!
Looks amazing 🙂
I just made a variation of this on Sunday. I used the rotel tomatoes and enchilada sauce and added in some black beans…. Yummy!
Looks great but what would you use if you drained out all that unnecessary grease…I don't want to lose the flavor but I really don't need all that grease
My kind of casserole! I would go for seconds!
Larry, you made a beautiful rendition of an American Classic! Who cannot love Enchilada Casserole? Such a great meal..and yours was superb. Thanks for sharing! Of course, I would be burying it in fresh chopped Serrano peppers, but that is besides the point…I would clean my plate with your Enchilada Casserole, and then ask for seconds!
Keep up the good work! I absolutely adore your style in these recipes!
This is what you made for your daughter's birthday, right? Looks great! 🙂
Never know Lar, he might eat the whole pan!
that's just awesome looking Larry!
Peace, David
Yea, that looks mighty fine. Thanks for sharing!
I like the idea. Layering them like lasagna instead of going to all the trouble of rolling them up, when they never come out in one piece anyway.Looks great, Larry!
Ohhhhh Larry !!!! You had me at enchilada and I could not wait to watch . And I just went to the super market and I have every thing !! I can wait to make this tomorrow !!!
WOW!! looks like I will have to change up my lasagna to this, I make my sauce the same even for normal lasagna, but I don't put a lot chilli in, i'm not interested in spending the week on toilet lol, But Looks great. Cheers
All I can say is looks great, Larry (that and by now you would think I would know you don't need a bigger pan….thought for sure that skillet was going to overflow….lol)
Be still, my heart! That savoriness takes my breath away, Larry! Enchiladas are my favorite food! I make them all the time, but never have made an enchilada casserole. What I like best about yours is your spice blend and sauce! It just exudes Mexican! And, that is so much better than what you'd get in a can of enchilada sauce. Another big winner!
Ohhh, save me a corner piece will ya? I'll be right over!
That looks great Larry, I love tex mex foods!
Looks great! I learn so much from watching your vids. Keep up the great work!
