I made mine last night with shrimp fried rice and it was delicious!!! I only do the green onions bean sprouts and shrimp in the egg food young, but I put the slightly frozen peas & carrots with green onions and shrimp in the fried rice. The gravy was really good as well. thanks again for getting me going Wolfepit!!!

I make mine with shrimp fried rice instead of steam. Again it looks delicious, I am about to make mine and will let you know how it turns out.
Why do you use so many eggs? Other videos only use about 2 to 3 eggs at the most.

Try cooking the shrimp, vegetables and mushrooms separately before adding them to the eggs. Eggs cook too fast
I like the recipe but you didn't explain the Corn Starch to cold water ratio for everyone on the slurry…
i love egg foo young but ive never seen it with these things in it.. like the mushrooms and mixed veggies..ick
im sure u can add whatever u want in it but this is not for me
