I'm from Germany, we eat alot of Kraut, because of family get togethers and stuff. Personaly, I like southern style sides alot more than Kraut. But there is something about the Kraut that means: There' some guuuuud eatin' up ahead!!

he forgot to mix a little mustard and paprika to the kraut and why did he put peper but no salt some ppl like to add even a lil cider vinager…to me you have to eat them with mustard no matter what they need that yellow color

I'm a returning customer to Crown Blue Bison and I've purchased this sausage. When I cooked it on the grill it was so lean it didn't even smoke! That is not a bad thing 🙂 The flavor was very good, but my tongue missed the true sausage flavor. I will buy this again and I have not tried it the BBQPitboys way so that is on the to-do list.
I can't wait to grill these Crown Blue Bison Ribeyes I purchased with the sausage!!!
