Hey awesome to see wild animals being cooked up like this I was surprised you know hasenpfeffer. I snare snowshoes and I make hasenpfeffer, I'll definitely try this out because it is rabbit season here in Alaska. 90% of my diet comes from my hunting and gathering here in the Kuskokwim Mountains. I'll be prepping my flip-up snares to set out for this week and try my luck👍👍 awesome cooking Mr. Rollins.

Amazing how many Germans come out of the woodwork. I'm not german by blood but i am by family. My dad was adopted by two German immigrants. Pretty funny cause he's a filipino guy with a German accent and culture haha

The major thing ya gotta think about in a situation where you HAVE to eat spit roasted rabbit for an extended time is what used to be called "Rabbit Starvation" . The meat is extremely lean, like gator tail. Ya gotta have some fat and carbohydrate with it, or you can get bad sick. Fortunately with these recipes that's not a problem now is it?😂😂

There used to be a company here in Rogers AR called Pel Industries that made rabbit's foot good luck charms.
Well, they are long gone now and all my rabbit feet are lost and missing.
Nowadays without them rabbit feet keychains if it weren't for bad luck I wouldn't have no luck at all.
