Here in the UK I loved Birdseye Crispy Pancakes when I was a kid , saw them recently in the frozen food section of Sainsbury’s so bought a pack for the sake of nostalgia, OMG ! ????????

the foods i loved as a kid was fried bologna hot dogs and spam! now a days just the thought of what is in them turns my stomach.
Chef Boyardee canned pasta stuff. I used to like it as a kid but find it nasty as an adult. It's just too mushy.
canned peas are disgusting and look diseased. I always loved frozen peas. Canned peas I only ate in school hot lunches. eating canned peas is like a punishment.

I used to love American Cheese, when I was 5 years old. Now as an adult, the thought of eating it makes me gag.
my advice to them would be to keep the chicken in a separate bag, and say to fry it while heating the plate in the microwave. that way you can have both, crispy chicken with a microwave dish.
Bologna. Nothing like pan fried bologna with Kraft cheese sandwich.
Master, try to microwave yoiur food, with a glass with water on the microwave together with the food. Maybe the glass of water will help you with the crisp that were lose in the process.

not food but i have zero interest in bottled/canned soda now. sometimes i'll even feel the urge to have it again and upon the first sip think "yeah this sucks". used to drink all kinds of soda all the time as a kid.
