    Haha! – I just made 4 racks of ribs today myself! – I made mine in the oven – braised for 3.5 hours in a marinade, then drain and bake with sweet BBQ sauce for 1.5 hours.
    They were excellent – I'm waiting to add a real smoker to my arsenal – right now just a flat top and a gas BBQ. – Cheers!
