Tom please please please do a smoked Italian Beef Sandwich recipe. It's getting close to Bear's season and I need at least something good to eat while I cry during the games!

Looks awesome Chef Tom. Any chance you can add a heat factor gauge so we know how spicy your recipes are? 5 star hottest, 3 star medium, etc? My daughter loves my bbq as I follow your recipes and buy most rubs from atbbq, but she isn’t a fan of the heat!
    Thanks

Fellow fans: when you make this sauce, try a 50/50 mix of agave syrup and locally-harvested honey (must be local, no national brands!). It changes the dynamic and actually tones down the sweetness a bit. When I do wings at home, I do a simple sauce with sriracha, agave, and honey, nothing else. But adding garlic and ginger with some butter sounds amazing. Next time, Chef Tom, next time…
