A Taiwanese BBQ recipe?! I can definitely get behind this. I love Formosa!

Also, never underestimate the power of mirin in your sauces. I make a variation of my hometown St Louis BBQ sauce with a bit of mirin ever since living here in Japan.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna send Bob and the boys a video on how we do it over this way in Nippon.

I like all of your other recipes, but this one just doesn't seem up to par. Roll not toasted, raw onion as a topping with an under-seasoned chopped pork burger. Needed more sauce. Good starting concept but could easily be improved. Keep it up boys!

Love your channel!!! U guys teach me how to try new things. I too consider myself a grillmaster. Love that you actually cook, unlike most YouTube bids that show ppl eating food that they've purchased. Keep up the good work and loyalty following.

Whoa…. that looks and sounds good! Got  find me some places to get Hog Jowls. Shouldn't be to hard I live in the Texas. Lemon grass should be to hard to get from the Asian markets in Houston. Good Job!
