We have a pizza place here that makes a pepperoni and sour kraut pizza. I resisted for a long time but finally succumbed. I gotta tell you I was hooked. With some red pepper flakes, it's the bomb.

It's not my favorite, but it damn sure isn't disgusting! Maybe if someone added anchovy paste & deviled ham & figs, it might be, but I would sure try it as long as the crust was righteous

I know it's a bit out of the normal but I would love to see a run at something like Jackfruit "pulled pork". I want to cook for my coworkers but we have a number of vegetarians I don't want to exclude. I've heard rumors of folks having success with jackfruit rubbed and smoked on the smoker before being "pulled" and sauced. Would love to see Chef Tom's tips if he has ever attempted something like this.

Pizza from Italy, Spam from Minnesota, pineapple from South America, peppers from Central America, all put together by some random Canadian…. what should we call it?

I could eat that whole pizza and not even be drunk. World of difference between fresh pineapple and the canned stuff. The combination of sweet, heat and great crust makes a winner Chef Tom.

Well Tom, we Canadians don't like Hawaiian pizza associated with us in any way, it's not our fault.
Suppliers would some times bring in pizzas for the boys and we always had to save some for the guys on night shit, and you guessed it, it was the Hawaiian.
But man I've got to admit your Hawaiian pizza using spam and jalapenos really looks amazing.
