    Dark brown gravy is the best the flour cooked until almost burnt but not white gravy tastes like flour still flour needs to be cooked to get the flour taste off i always take my meat out then add it back when I make the golden brown gravy milk is the best to add evap or whole milk not a fan of gravy tastes like flour hate can biscuits make homemade biscuits can biscuits arent biscuits

    This was a GREAT dish.  I did add butter to my gravy. I also made the potatoes with the skin on.It was AWESOME! I had sauteed spinach as my vegetable. I just love your cooking videos. Thanks for sharing!
