Looks good. Grew up on this stuff, both my Mother and Grandmother made it all the time either over rice or mashed taters. Can use any kind of veg. in it, most times it was what they had a few left from pre pairing Sunday dinner or even Sunday dinner left overs went in. Cabbage, cauliflour, sprouts, beans etc. Also they would add some curry powder sometimes. I make this all the time cuz it is good !!!
