    Sriracha did I hear it, Larry this is my go to condiment. Pineapple with it's sweetness and Sriracha with its spicy garlic goodness you know you're going to get an incredible glaze for a Ham.. This recipe looks unusually delicious and something that would like to try myself.

    Great tip about the slicing, too! I'm always trying to cut around the bone, and getting a big slice is a PITA.
