Interesting, it looks like the silverbac but has thinner steel (heat retention not as good/higher fuel consumption?) has inferior grates (coated versus stainless), has a shorter warranty and a lower top end temp? Unless it's significantly cheaper, why?

Driven up to the Wolfe Pit tomorrow to get some of that Q. No slaw though.

I suggest putting Tiger Sauce on the pulled pork: 1/2 mayonnaise, 1/2 horseradish, salt, pepper and maybe a little sour cream. Put all that on an onion bun.

Next time, oughtta grill some Prairie Belt, the smoked sausage in a can that is honest about the crazy stuff that goes into their meat slurry. Mmm mmm, pork skin, stomachs, and spleeeens! (Bonus: Chicken skin!) I predict they'll fall completely apart, though, because they almost try to do just that during extraction from their can!

A great BBQ joint near me also adds slaw to their pulled pork sandwich-order it without, they look at you funny and add it anyway. I don't go there anymore. They Might have made a fortune from me alone if they followed directions.

I have a Camp Chef pellet grill. I was having trouble with the temp swings on it too. I spent $200 on a Savannah Stoker PID controller. Best investment ever! Normally stays within + – 2 degrees!

Larry, have you tried Campbell's Chunky Chili w/ Beans? I think it's the best canned chili on the market right now. When I make it, I add enough water to rinse out the can and pour it into the bowl of chili, then I add a small amount salt and pepper to it. If you want to heat up the flavor you can add some cayenne. I cover the bowl with plastic wrap and heat it on high in the microwave (1000 watts) for 4 minutes. Then I let it sit for at least a minute before eating. I think it's better than the chilies you've reviewed in the past. It's available at Walmart for about a $1.68 a can. Please review it in a future video.

Although I can't blame it whatsoever… these videos seem to have lost that grass roots unbiased feeling they used to have. So many feel like ads now I guess. I don't have any intentions on leaving the channel though and neither should you
