Holy moley! You outdid yourself on this one.
Lets hear it for Holiday Pesto!!
Take it off at 150 to continue searing. Please.
Looks nice. I'll be amping this up Joetisserie style, however.
Holy moly that looks good!! Top shelf Chef Tom!!

Chef Tom the process looks kinda not easy but doable the Rollin put seem a bit tricky I would like to try that. 👍🏾🙏🏾
Do you have a Halloween 🎃 👻
Dish or snack for adults and one TGATS kids friendly?
Yeah, I did your bacon wrapped version of this a couple years ago and it was awesome! And I've been doing a version of it ever since. I use 1:1 apple juice and water then add some salt and garlic to brine. I don't like super salty salty brine's and plain water is just boring. But this brine juice works awesome for pork and chicken too! Add some apple wood smoke and you've got yourself a piece of heaven. Thanks for learnin me how to do this chef Tom!
Cheers man 🍻🍗.
When it comes to flattening or evening out meat, I reach for my Jaccard.
Lovin all the turkey recipes. They're a great inspiration to try something a little different this year for the holiday meal. This roulade looks pretty tasty.👏🏼
This is great. Thanks, Chef Tom.
Turkey Roulade samiches!
You know what’s great to make with leftover turkey? Brunswick Stew.
