ok everything is great …. it must taste spectacular …. but I'm eating meat or sauces? Basically the taste of the meat is non-existent !! I usually love your preparations but when you push so much on brines, sauces on sauces for me you lose the main point of view …. meat must know meat! IMHO

I’m going to try these, but maybe add a creamy sour cream based topping.
Chris Lilly does a tried and trued soy lime tri-tip marinade that would be great for this.
Adding some rice wine vinegar and sugar to the carrots and cucumber would add an additional Asian flair to it

Out of the box, but can you buy regular paprika (much cheaper) and turn it into smoked paprika? If so, what wood would you suggest and should it be cold smoked?
Please stop with the exclusive expensive marinades…its simply not practical.
