Thanks so much for breaking down how to do this on different styles of grills/BBQs! It's great to hear the temps & techniques so that if we don't have the same setup at home we still don't have to just guess at what to do.

    2. BBQ Appetizers! I'm from Texas, so making Texas Style Bombers or Poppers (jalapeno, bacon, cream cheese) is pretty much a requirement whenever the grill is turned on. If you have any other appetizer recipes please share!

Huge fan of the this channel, recipes, and my new YS640! Thanks!

    Fantastic recipe for inspiration!
I will be utilizing this recipe to make something for my whole family, some are quite picky and I can bring additional toppings for each one to use for them to customize their own wraps.
Thank you for sharing and uploading!!

ok everything is great …. it must taste spectacular …. but I'm eating meat or sauces? Basically the taste of the meat is non-existent !! I usually love your preparations but when you push so much on brines, sauces on sauces for me you lose the main point of view …. meat must know meat! IMHO
